Electrolysis is the removal of unwanted hair by inserting a fine probe into the hair follicle and applying a mild current to destroy the hair root. There are three types of currents used for electrolysis; thermolysis, galvanic, and blend. All methods are available at the Advanced Center for Electrolysis, Laser & Skin. Electrolysis is a suitable choice for smaller areas, white hairs, and eyebrows. It is a great alternative for individuals who do not qualify for laser.
